Every timber mill in New Zealand will have cleated/chevron conveyor belts carrying wood chip or timber mill hog fuel just like this. Often this conveyor will carry product up an incline. The issues are well known. Chip will build up and slide back down the belt resulting in a major shutdown and clean up. Apart from the obvious issue of carry product uphill, problems will also arise from mills using non cleated belt and or nitrile rubber belts without cleats on the face. The HCD Conveyor team have supplied Nitrile Cleated Timber belts to the industry for over 20 years.
We carry 4 types of belt which will be very competitively priced.
